Reinvent yourself: Be New Life’s Ambassador
Today’s society is more open to change, may it be to our lifestyle or outward appearance. As social conditions and gender roles change, so is the beauty standard. Gone were the days, when we were shackled to conform to what they set as aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Change in one’s self is not only for boosting the confidence, it is accepting that we can enhance our awareness to our own needs.
There is a misconception about plastic surgery, people think that it’s only for aesthetic purposes. Plastic surgery is actually a surgical specialty involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. New Life is not all about aesthetics. They are all about the patient’s desire and motivation to pursue plastic surgery whether it’s for a personal reason or a medical one. New Life also values the patient’s feelings about the changes and how this can improve their quality of life.
In line with this, New Life Aesthetic announced that they are searching for two new Angels, one female and one male who wants to undergo life-changing transformation through surgical and non-surgical procedures.
How can we join and what are the requirements?
Listed down below are the requirements and the steps that you need to do to qualify for the new life angels. The application process will run from July 8-15, 2019.
- You must be at least 18 years old, healthy, possess good moral character, and willing to undergo the recommended plastic and cosmetic procedures.

How is the selection process?
The application closes on July 16 – 30, 2019, then the panel of judges will have 5 days to decide who made it to the top 40 . The judges are composed of one representative from each of New Life’s co-sponsors and three representatives from NEWLIFE.
The announcement of the TOP 40 will be made on August 8, 2019 at 12 noon. The results will be simultaneously published in New LifeAesthetic and their co-sponsors’ social media pages.
The Second Round will officially commence on August 15, 2019. The battle round will be a combination of popularity contest.
What to expect in the battle round?
The Battle Round is designed to get the TOP 40 candidates to compete against each other. Here’s how the battle rounds go:
The top 40 candidates will be invited for a photoshoot between August, 10 – 14, 2019. The pictures taken will be used in the Battle Rounds. Successful candidates, who are unable to attend the photoshoot because of their distance to Manila, may opt to submit their photos through email.
On August 15, 2019 at exactly 12 noon, photos of each of the top 40 candidates will be published in their Facebook page. From then onward, voting kicks off. The photos of the top 40 will be pegged against each other and anyone on Facebook may vote for them.
The number of votes will be computed based on the following “Point Assignment”:
The candidate gets 10 votes for every share made on his/her photo and 7 votes for every comment posted. Emoji reactions will be valued based on the above point assignment.
The result of the vote shall form 70% of the total score. 30% will be coming from the panel of judges. This time, the panel of judges are exclusively from NEWLIFE.
The Battle Round will run from August 15-30, 2019.
When will the winners be revealed?
The winners of the Search for NEWLIFE Angels will be announced on August 31, 2019. The announcement will be made on New Life Aesthetic’s social media accounts.
Transformation
The final step is the documentation of the transformation of their chosen NEWLIFE Angels. Once the ambassador’s transformation is completed, they will be introduced to the public. A video and photoshoot will be arranged before the “Transformed NEWLIFE Angels” are introduced in public through New Life aesthetics website and their social media accounts.
Improvement in external appearance is a big factor in developing one’s self-esteem. New Life doctors will take care of your aesthetic needs and they go by the phrase “Beauty is in the eye of the beholdee and NOT the beholder.
