Some kinds of clothing require less frequency of washing such as jeans. Well, it depends how you use it and how dirty and smelly it is. However, undies should definitely be washed often. If you spend so much time outside doing strenuous activities and under the heat of the sun, then shirts and dresses must be washed regularly too.

Weekends and nights may not be the ideal time to do your laundry since most people have day jobs during the week. However, if you are left with no choice then deciding to go to the laundromat during the off peak hours is the next best strategy. It is important to have a specific day to get everything done instead of having different days for washing whites and coloreds.
