    excellent tips and some I should definitely be following especially decluttering your work space mine looks like a graveyard for paper work at the moment

    Decluttering as we speak! I always clear up my desk in the mornings but somehow it turns so messy so quickly haha. And the healthy eating is also a thing I should work on…

    Totally agree with everything in this post especially decluttering your desk. I share a desk and the first thing I do before working is clear it! Great post
