Fade Scars with Clearascar
Its officially summer in the Philippines and its the time of the year when we often go to the beach or wear more comfortable clothes. We want to flaunt our beach bodies or shoot ootd’s but a scar can make a difference in one’s confidence. There are so many solutions already out in the market to help you fade that scar faster. Getting a scar is inevitable if you are an active Filipina or just gave birth through cesarean section. Also children are prone to get a scar due to playing. Good thing clearascar is safe to be used for pregnant, breastfeeding and children. I have a very sensitive skin that is prone to breakout and I often do a patch test before using any product. Clearascar is the only thing I used in my face and sensitive area of my body that did not gave me any adverse reaction as this is non-comedogenic.
I recently acquired a scar on my right arm due to an accident at work and I often hide it by wearing long sleeves or a jacket. It is fading slowly as clearascar is made of 100% silicone and clinically proven to improve the appearance by lightening, flattening and softening scars. It is also affordable at the price of P418.75 for 6g that last for 60 days for a 1-2 inch scar and P761.20 for 15g for 60 days for a 3-5 inch scar. I usually test a product a miminum of 3 months amaximum of 8 months. I started using this 72 hours after my wound healed and I apply it 2 times a day.
The application of clearascar is very easy you just need to make sure that you clean the healed wound properly. After that apply a thin layer on the scar twice a day. Be careful not to massage the gel on the scar. Let the gel dry for about 2-3 minutes and you have a choice to cover the area with sunblock or concealer. This is not just for new scar it can be used for old one’s too.
Clearascar is the best choice for me as for one it is affordable and accessible as it is available on all leading drugstore.
